Filling Inputs #
Inputs can be filled across multiple lines as per image below:

Inputs can be left blank and will appear blank on the completed docket.
Signatures #
Before submitting the signature box must be Saved/Locked first.
Saving/locking a signature prevents further alteration to the form. See attached image where inputs are no longer modifiable after saving/locking (in greyish font color). This prevents a form different to what the customer signed being prepared.

A person signing can be shown the unsigned docket via the Docket Preview button in the top menu bar before signing. See example preview image below:

Saving Draft Dockets #
Sometimes it is easier to pre-complete most or all of the inputs of a docket to save time when completing a docket. Pressing the save button on an in progress docket will save it as a draft docket that can be accessed from Edit Draft Docket in the Docket Menu.
Note when saving a draft docket:
- Any signature already entered will not be saved, whether or not it is locked or not;
- When reopening the draft docket the time and date will automatically update to the time and date of reopening.
Submitting and Sending/Sharing Dockets #
When the form is submitted the user will be asked to name the docket. Upon naming, the docket is saved in the Completed Dockets folder of the app.
After saving the device’s sharing function will be displayed. Below is an image of the Windows sharing. Mobile devices will also usually have options to share via text and messaging apps.

Once shared, or if sharing is aborted or fails, the completed document can be found in Dockets Menu -> Completed Dockets. Dockets listed here can be shared further or again as the case requires.
